We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to Join our Pack as an E-Commerce Technician.
Essential job duties include:
- Fill and process online orders.
- Assist customers with online orders.
- Assist with catalog expansion.
- Train student staff with Online Order processing and catalog expansion.
- Assist Marketing and Buyers with online promotions.
This is an hourly position with a 10-11 month assignment. There is a mandatory 32-day break at the end of 11 months. Excellent performance during this time may provide an opportunity to renew employment and/or advance.

- Be an ambassador for NC State Stores and the university as a whole and enrich the quality of life for the campus community and support student success.

Minimum Experience/Education
- High School degree or equivalent

- Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.

- Ability to work well as part of a team.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- Customer service background in retail environment
- Computer Programs: Google Suite (Sheets, Doc, Team Drive), Word, Excel, etc.
