PROGRAM MANAGER 2

THE ROLE:

We are in search of an exceptional ASIC Architecture Program Manager with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills. Under the Graphics Architecture PMO, the program manager will drive development of new Graphics and Compute ASICs

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and people skills. The program manager demonstrates great attention to detail and takes pride in delivering accurate and quality results. The individual embraces accountability and shows mettle and tenacity in dealing with new challenges. Some key skills this individual possesses are:

• High competence in project management principles
• Excellent prioritization, organization, and the ability to multitask
• Superb communication, presentation, and note-taking skills
• Capable of fostering connections and operating efficiently both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish IP architecture-project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Utilize already-established architecture development processes, and tangibly contributes to process improvements for higher efficiency.
• Creates JIRA projects & dashboards, and tracks feature development.
• Establish requirement-to-feature traceability via Jama and Jira
• Identifies, tracks, and mitigates program risks.
• Drive highly technical workgroups, operating at a certain level of abstraction

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of experience in ASIC development programs, either at IP or SoC level.
• 7+ years of Project management experience

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
• MBA a plus
