The flagship program, MotherWise, focuses on helping mothers identify what healthy relationships look like to them, develop communication skills that they can use in all relationships, and learn new information about parenting and early childhood development. Position Summary
The primary responsibilities for the Family Support Coordinator/Facilitator are providing case management services to participants in Thriving Families programs and co-facilitating workshops on healthy relationships and parenting. Some community outreach is involved, as this person will coordinate with community partners regarding appropriate services and referrals for enrolled families. They will also participate in several weekly meetings and in the development of program protocols. Some administrative and clerical tasks are also included, such as record keeping, data collection, and scheduling appointments. This position is primarily in the office but requires a flexible schedule and the ability to travel to various locations around metro Denver. The position is full-time and comes with Thriving Families’ full benefits package.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mission-driven
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience in teaching/facilitating community-based classes
  • Experience providing trauma-informed case management to diverse populations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using multiple online systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with teens, women, and families
  • Experience in maternal health and mental health or child development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
